在这样的时代坐标下，我们推出“2026 两会推荐艺术家”系列报道。入选的艺术家们，既是中华文化的基因解码者，也是时代精神的忠实记录者——他们中，有深耕非遗数十载、让传统技艺焕发新生的传承者，有用科技赋能创作、拓宽艺术边界的创新者，有扎根人民生活、让作品沾着露珠与草香的实践者，更有以艺术为桥、向世界讲述中国故事的传播者。他们以精湛技艺诠释文化自信，以赤诚之心回应时代召唤，用一件件兼具思想深度与艺术温度的作品，践行着“文以化人、文以铸魂”的使命担当。

宋秀捷 汉族，号睿智。中国太空牡丹绘画艺术第一传人，蔡氏十方堪舆全息学第一代继承人。1963 年出生于北京市。硕士研究生，国家中学语文高级教师，国家一级气功师，中国美术家协会会员，一级美术师，中国牡丹书画院副院长兼常务副院长、办公室主任，牡丹中国组委会常务副主任;中国领导干部网书画研究院雄安分院院士。气功教学教师。
师承于十方堪舆全息学、著名学者、中国牡丹书画院执行院长、中国易学研究会副主席、中国燕京画派领军人物、首提把牡丹种在宣纸上的艺术理念的蔡云启先生为师，并成为蔡云启先生太空牡丹的第一传人。其作品突出国画意境之美，体现出了太空牡丹花冠丰满圆浑、花瓣富丽端庄、花型雍容华贵。
其本人还对堪舆学、术数学、玄学有深入研究，现已经见成效。跟随师父实地调研堪舆近千家民宅、商铺厂矿、道观寺院。多次参加国家级美协、省级美协组织的书画展览大赛并多次入选、获奖，她的作品被当代实力派书画大家录入收藏大典，其太空牡丹绘画艺术作品被近二千家道观寺院收藏。被授予德才兼备艺术家称号、新时代艺术开拓者、中国文化优秀传承者等称号。
在中国庆祝建党 100 周年百位将军百位名家大型书画交流展”活动中，被授予“德艺双馨艺术家”荣誉;在纪念朱德诞辰一百三十周年大型书画展荣获特等奖。获 2024 两会推荐艺术家“荣誉称号;第六届社会美育国际艺术节活动中，获一等奖;第二届一带一路·美美与共国际艺术交流展中，获金奖。2025 年 2月被中国人物报道组委会评审，授予“2025 年两会重点推荐艺术家——中华艺圣荣誉称号” ;2025 年 3 月经国际艺术家网、国际艺术家评审委员会评定，被授予“国礼艺术家”称号;2025 年 4 月被中国互联网新闻中心授予“中华优秀文化翘楚世界之巅璀璨之星——中国书画非遗功勋奖” ;亚洲文化艺术交流网，联合国教科文组织，世界艺术终身成就奖评委会联合举办的活动中，被评为“世界艺术终身成就奖” ，被授予“国际金牌艺术家”荣誉称号;2025 年 5 月经世界艺术评委会授予“世界艺术不朽丰碑奖” ;2025 年 9月经民族爱国艺术家评定审核委员会及新媒体联盟综合推荐评定(纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利 80 周年活动)，被授予“民族爱国艺术家”称号;2024 年参加北京传世水墨春季专场拍卖会，其太空牡丹《明德至善》作品拍卖成交价 308，000 元
Song Xiujie, a Han Chinese with the courtesy name of Ruizhi, is the foremost successor of Chinese space peony painting art and the first generation heir of Cai's Ten-Fang Geomancy Holography. Born in Beijing in 1963,he holds a master's degree, is a senior Chinese language teacher in national middle schools, a national first-level qigong master, a member of the China Artists Association, a first-level artist, the vice president and executive vice president of the China Peony Painting and Calligraphy Academy, the office director, and the executive deputy director of the Peony China Organizing Committee. He is also an academician of the Xiong'an Branch of the China Leading Cadres Network Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute. Additionally, he teaches qigong.
I studied under Mr. Cai Yunqi, a renowned scholar in the field of Ten-party Geomancy Holography, executive dean of the China Peony Calligraphy and Painting Academy, vice chairman of the China I Ching Research Association, a leading figure in the Chinese Yanjing Painting School, and the first to propose the artistic concept of planting peonies on rice paper. I havebecome the first successor to Mr. Cai Yunqi's space peony art. My works highlight the beauty of traditional Chinese painting, embodying the fullness and roundness of the space peony's crown, the richness and elegance of its petals, and the graceful and luxurious shape of the flower.
She has also conducted in-depth research on geomancy, numerology, and metaphysics, and has already achieved results. She has followed her mentor to conduct field research on nearly a thousand residential houses, shops, factories, mines, Taoist temples, and monasteries. She has participated in many calligraphy and painting exhibition competitions organized by national and provincial art associations, and her works have been selected and awarded multiple times. Her works have been included in the collection of contemporary powerful calligraphy and painting masters,and her space peony painting artworks have been collected by nearly two thousand Taoist temples and monasteries. She has been awarded titles such as "Artist with Both Virtue and Talent" , "Pioneer of New Age Art" ,and "Excellent Inheritor of Chinese Culture".
In the "100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China: Large-scale Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Exhibition of 100 Generals and 100 Famous Figures" event, he was awarded the honor of"Artist of Excellent Morality and Artistic Skill"; in the large-scale calligraphy and painting exhibition commemorating the 130th anniversary of Zhu De's birth,he won the special award. He was recommended as an"Honorable Artist" by the 2024 Two Sessions; in the 6th International Art Festival for Social Aesthetic Education,he won the first prize; in the 2nd "Belt and Road·Sharing Beauty with the World" International Art Exchange Exhibition, he won the gold medal. In February 2025, he was reviewed by the China People's Report Organizing Committee and awarded the "2025 Two Sessions Highly Recommended Artist - Honorary Title of Chinese Art Sage"; in March 2025, he was evaluated by the International Artists Network and the International Artists Evaluation Committee and awarded the title of"National Gift Artist"; in April 2025, he was awarded the"Chinese Excellent Cultural Pioneer, World's Top Brilliant Star - Chinese Calligraphy and Painting IntangibleCultural Heritage Meritorious Award" by the ChinaInternet News Center; in an event jointly organized by the Asian Culture and Art Exchange Network, UNESCO,and the World Art Lifetime Achievement Award Jury, he was awarded the "World Art Lifetime Achievement Award" and the honorary title of "International Gold Medal Artist"; in May 2025, he was awarded the "World Art Immortal Monument Award" by the World Art Jury;in September 2025, he was awarded the title of "National Patriotic Artist" after comprehensive evaluation and recommendation by the National Patriotic Artists Evaluation and Review Committee and the New Media Alliance (in commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War); in 2024, he participated in the Beijing Chuan Shi Ink Spring Special Auction, and his work "Ming De Zhi Shan" (Virtuousness to Perfection) featuring a space peony sold for 308,000 yuan
